These terms cover this website, operated by AZ & J PTY LTD (ACN 699 901 196, ABN 42 699 901 196), and support information for the iOS apps currently owned and published by the company's founder.

The apps

The featured apps are distributed through Apple's App Store, and your download and use of them is also governed by Apple's terms. Purchases, subscriptions and refunds are handled by Apple — the company cannot process a refund on your behalf, though we will always help you work out what went wrong.

Your licence to use an app is provided by its current App Store publisher under Apple's terms. Until ownership is transferred to AZ & J PTY LTD, the apps and their content remain the property of the company's founder.

Your data in the apps

Several of the featured apps store your data only on your device. That means it cannot be recovered for you if you delete the app or lose the device. Where an app supports export or backup, use it. Each app's privacy policy sets out exactly what is stored where.

This website

The content of this site is provided for information. We keep it accurate and correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current at every moment.

Liability

The featured apps are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law, neither the current publisher nor the company is liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of doing so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
