Speedometer Digital — Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Speedometer Digital iOS app, currently owned and published by the founder of AZ & J PTY LTD. The company provides this policy and support for the app.
Speedometer Digital has no accounts and no sign-in. We never see your name or email address unless you choose to email us.
What stays on your device
The following never leaves your phone:
- Your location, which is read only to calculate speed and is never transmitted
- Trip statistics, averages and compass heading
What the app sends, and to whom
The app records no custom analytics events of its own. It nonetheless collects the automatic events listed above, because linking Google's analytics library and starting it enables that collection by default. Location is used solely to compute your speed on the device and is not sent anywhere.

Turning it off
Speedometer Digital does not currently offer a setting to turn this collection off. If you would prefer it did, email us — we would rather hear it than not.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we run no advertising.
- We do not attempt to identify you from the data described above.
Children
Speedometer Digital is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@azjgroup.com.au and we will respond within 48 hours. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If what Speedometer Digital collects changes, this page and the app's App Store privacy label are both updated before the change ships.
